Something wrong? Say so.
Our games are made by a very small team, and every report is read by the person who wrote the code. Email roamferux@gmail.com and we'll get back to you, usually within a couple of days.
Reporting a problem
The more of this you can include, the faster we can find it:
- Where you were playing — the Google Play app, or a browser (and which one).
- Your device — phone or PC model and its operating system version.
- The build tag — the small line at the foot of the title screen. It tells us exactly which version you have.
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected — a few plain sentences are perfect.
- A screenshot, if you can. If a red crash or diagnostic card appeared, a photo of that is worth a thousand words.
If a game looks out of date after an update, close it fully and open it again. The build tag on the title screen should change; if it doesn't, tell us.

Good to know
Where is my progress kept?
On your device, and nowhere else. A game installed from Google Play keeps it in the app's own storage; in a browser it's kept in that browser's site data. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes it.
Do your games collect any data about me?
Almost nothing: there are no accounts and no analytics of our own, and your progress never leaves your device. The one thing a game sends us is a count when you redeem a shop code: which code, and whether it was the Android or iPhone app, with nothing that identifies you. Roamferux does show adverts, and those come from Google AdMob — Google's advert software uses your device's advertising ID, its IP address and information about how adverts are shown and used, to show adverts, measure them and stop fraud. In the UK and EU you are asked first, and you can change your answer at any time with 🔒 PRIVACY OPTIONS at the foot of the game's SHOP tab. Purchases go through Google Play, which takes the payment; we never see your card. The privacy policy has the details.
Why are there adverts, and how do I remove them?
Roamferux is free to play, and adverts help pay for it. An advert can play at a natural break in play, and the game always tells you before one starts. Any single purchase of £4.99 or more in the game's shop removes those adverts on that device for good. Watching a short advert for a free Aether Shard is a separate thing: it is always your choice, and it stays open to everyone, purchase or not.
I paid to remove adverts and they came back
The removal is remembered on your device, and Android's own backup usually brings it back when you reinstall. If it doesn't — a new phone, a reset — email us your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in the receipt Google emailed you) and we'll restore it.
How do I delete everything?
Nothing about you is held on our side unless you've emailed us or bought something, so deleting your game data is in your hands: uninstall the app, or clear the game's site data in your browser. That removes your progress and settings completely. Advert data is held by Google: you can reset or delete your device's advertising ID in Android's settings, and manage Google's advertising settings at My Ad Center. To ask about anything we hold, email us.
